About Hinsdale Design Build

Owner Tad Davidovich has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of architecture and construction. After earning his degree in Historical Preservation from the University of Mary Washington, Tad worked for a small architectural firm in Washington, DC. He prepared historical preservation reports, created as-built drawings of existing structures, developed CADD construction drawings for residential projects, and conducted monthly construction audits for multi-family dwellings.

After a couple years, Tad shifted gears to work for Clark Construction Group as an entry-level engineer. Over six years as an onsite superintendent, he completed more than 1,700 apartment/condo units and worked on several large multi-use projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic area.

Armed with valuable experiences from the architectural firm and Clark Construction Group, Tad founded Hinsdale Design Build, LLC, in December 2013.
